This is the Meat Loaf + Jim Steinman memorial shirt I wanted to see in the world.

Meat and Jim met in New York in the early 1970s, while Meat was performing in theater and Jim was composing and play-writing. They were lightning in a bottle, going on to create Bat Out of Hell, one of the greatest, most earnest, best selling albums of all time, among many other memorable collaborations.

Meat and Jim left this earthly plane within one year of each other, brothers till the end.

Meat on their bond: “We’ve been together so long, it’s that old thing if he’s cut, I bleed. We’re that close."

All art is original and adapted from photographs. Images as well as lettering were hand-drawn in ink on bristol then scanned and formatted for screen-printing by Erin Keaton. All shirts are screened by Screenin' Fever Print Co. in Toledo, Ohio.

These are hand-screened, so expect a touch of variation in the final product!
